Job Description
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and defining the brand positioning.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels and materials. Oversee the development of brand guidelines, manage brand reputation, and monitor brand perception.
- Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This includes managing advertising budgets, selecting media platforms, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the organization's digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Public Relations: Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and maintain positive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public. This includes managing press releases, media relations, crisis communication, and public events.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and marketing collaterals. Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the organization's messaging and target audience.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry insights. This helps in identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and making data-driven marketing decisions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and public relations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI). Track expenses, measure campaign performance, and provide accurate financial reports.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the marketing and public relations team, providing guidance, setting objectives, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team and across departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product development, and senior management, to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as advertising agencies, media partners, and industry influencers.
Experience, Education and Other Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with at least 3 years as a management staff.
- Marketing and PR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, branding, public relations strategies, and digital marketing trends is crucial. Understanding consumer behavior and market research methodologies is beneficial.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance, are important. The ability to foster a collaborative and creative work environment is essential.
