Position Overview:
- The Head of Business Intelligence (BI) will lead the BI team at the automobile company , overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions. This role involves providing strategic insights through data analytics, enhancing data infrastructure, and supporting business decision-making processes. The Head of BI will collaborate with various departments to drive data strategy and ensure data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBIP, CDMP) preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
- Proven track record of leading BI teams and managing complex BI projects.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView). Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and data warehousing.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300, SAP) and data integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
