Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of IT to lead our digital transformation initiatives and drive the implementation of our digital strategy.
  • This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can build and manage a team of digital professionals, collaborate with executives, and ensure our digital initiatives align with the broader company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Build and manage a team of digital professionals to execute the digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with other executives to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with broader company objectives.
  • Develop and manage digital product roadmaps, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media ad campaigns.
  • Develop and manage digital customer experiences across all channels.
  • Oversee the development and management of digital content.
  • Develop and implement data analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships for digital products and services.
  • Develop and manage digital security and privacy policies.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure digital systems are secure and reliable.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company is at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Oversee the development and management of e-commerce capabilities.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies.
  • Manage online reputation and customer reviews.
  • Develop and manage digital customer service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain top digital talent.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources for digital initiatives.
  • Develop and execute digital transformation plans for all areas of the company.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s various websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and up-to-date.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Increase in website traffic and engagement.
  • Increase in online sales or lead generation.
  • Increase in customer satisfaction with digital experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, digital marketing, and digital customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with executives and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
