Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT department in developing and executing technology strategies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs, ensuring seamless integration of IT solutions into daily operations.
  • Oversee the security and integrity of IT systems, implementing robust cyber security measures and disaster recovery plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align with industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful implementation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, conducting regular audits to assess and improve IT processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT domain, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems, with a track record of successful implementation and maintenance.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals to contribute to the company's growth, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing IT budgets and resources efficiently.
