Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing & Digital Strategy. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing and digital strategy within the real estate and property construction industry, along with the required educational qualifications. 
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to lead our marketing efforts and drive digital innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and construction services.
  • Lead the digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and project timelines.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and technology.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Present regular reports and recommendations to senior management on marketing strategies and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in marketing and digital strategy roles within the real estate and property construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
