Job Details
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and PR plans to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Lead and oversee the creative team, ensuring that all content aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with videographers, graphic designers, and social media managers to create compelling content across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage media relations and develop strong connections with industry influencers and press.
- Coordinate public relations activities, including press releases, events, and media coverage.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and written content.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in all marketing and PR activities.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
