Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic Head of Media, Sales, and Marketing to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and lead our talented team. The ideal candidate will optimise sales, develop strategies, execute marketing campaigns, and manage the sales pipeline, all while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and off-takers.

Key Responsibilities:

CORE SALES FOCUS

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Close Deals: Personally engage in high-value sales opportunities to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

MARKETING AND BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with target customers.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

  • Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the sales and marketing team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales & Marketing in the Real estate industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Proven sales experience in the Real Estate Industry, especially in Abuja with High Net worth individuals (HNIs)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Hausa language is an added advantage.
