- Rocksteady Productions is seeking a highly-experienced Head of Post Production to lead our entire post production operation.
- You will be a key figure in ensuring technical excellence, creative execution and timely delivery of our projects while mentoring the team and optimising workflows from ingestion to final delivery.
Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a diverse team of skilled post-production professionals, enabling a culture of creativity.
- Overseeing post-production schedules ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
- Collaborating with production, creative, and technical teams to align workflows with project goals.
- Solving technical and creative challenges during post-production.
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with legal and technical standards.
- Fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and collaboration.
We Would Love To Work With You If You Have:
- Proven experience (5 + years) in post-production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Avid etc.)
- Solid understanding of color grading, motion graphics, sound design and finishing processes.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
- Experience with Cloud-based systems and emerging AI tools
- Advanced knowledge of post-production workflows in film, TV, and digital media.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
