As the Head of Strategy and Innovation, you will lead our efforts to forge new paths in IT consulting. This role is designed for a visionary leader who thrives on developing new strategies and innovative solutions to propel organizational growth and competitiveness. You will be instrumental in shaping our future, driving change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that encompasses all aspects of innovation and technological advancement.
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the innovation pipeline and manage the lifecycle of new initiatives from conception through implementation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the company; encourage creative thinking and risk-taking among team members.
  • Work closely with the marketing, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment between innovation efforts and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a proactive approach to strategy development.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate the efficiency and impact of innovation and strategic initiatives, ensuring they contribute to business growth.
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for strategic plans and projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and innovation within the IT or consulting industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
