Requirements
- A University Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll management (fintech experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Ability to articulate the advantages of an ideal payroll process.
- Supporting the People Operations Lead in delivering people solutions, standardising, and improving processes.
