Job Summary

  • We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance our HubSpot ecosystem.
  • This role involves implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HubSpot CRM while ensuring seamless integration with marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
  • The ideal candidate will be HubSpot Certified and have a deep understanding of automation, data management, reporting, and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Management & Optimization:

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM to support business goals.
  • Manage data integrity, segmentation, and database hygiene.
  • Configure workflows, automation, and integrations for efficiency.

Lead Management & Nurturing:

  • Develop and refine lead scoring, tracking, and lifecycle stages.
  • Automate lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot workflows.
  • Ensure proper tracking of contacts, deals, and sales pipelines.

Sales & Marketing Automation:

  • Design and optimize HubSpot sequences, workflows, and automation.
  • Improve alignment between marketing and sales processes.
  • Set up email campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate dashboards and reports to track CRM performance.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize conversion rates.

Integration & Technical Support:

  • Connect HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Slack).
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and provide user training.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have:

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
  • HubSpot Certification (e.g., HubSpot Marketing/Sales/CRM certifications).
  • 2+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, automation, and workflows.
  • Experience in sales and marketing automation strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using HubSpot tools.
