HubSpot Integration & Marketing Automation Lead at Project Growth

Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Expertise & Marketing Automation:

  • Primary Focus: Serve as the in-house expert on HubSpot, managing all aspects of the platform, including but not limited to setting up complex automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, creating dashboards and reports, and integrating HubSpot with other platforms such as Pipedrive, Slack, and Asana.
  • Lead Management & Attribution: Utilize your deep understanding of HubSpot to create marketing automations that nurture leads through the funnel. Develop comprehensive attribution models to accurately track the impact of marketing activities on business outcomes.
  • Data & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly provide data-driven insights and reports to the leadership team, focusing on metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), lead generation, and conversion rates.

Marketing Strategy Support:

  • Creative Briefs: Collaborate with the design team to develop and create comprehensive creative briefs that outline marketing strategies and goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Integrated Marketing: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities across platforms and departments.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. This includes content scheduling, audience engagement, and community growth.
  • Content Management: Lead the creation and distribution of newsletters and other content, ensuring alignment with broader marketing efforts.
  • SEO & Market Research: Support the marketing team in implementing SEO best practices and conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • HubSpot Mastery: A seamlessly automated HubSpot platform that drives high-quality inbound traffic, nurtures leads effectively, and provides clear visibility into marketing performance.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Accurate and actionable reporting on key marketing metrics, enabling the leadership team to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Smooth Integrations: Effective integration of HubSpot with Pipedrive, Slack, and Asana, ensuring a cohesive and streamlined marketing and sales process.
  • Enhanced Brand Presence: A vibrant and engaged social media presence that complements the primary focus on HubSpot-driven initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • HubSpot Proficiency: Extensive experience with HubSpot is essential. You should be able to build and manage complex marketing workflows, create comprehensive reports, and have a strong understanding of HubSpot's integration capabilities with other tools.
  • Marketing Automation Experience: Proven ability to design and implement marketing automation strategies that nurture leads, improve conversion rates, and drive inbound traffic.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track key marketing metrics and use this data to continuously optimize performance.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience in a marketing management role, with a focus on digital marketing and lead management.
  • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
