Job Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
  • Provide technical support and ensure the whole company runs smoothly without internet glitch.
  • Liaise with the region to set up accounts for new users.
  • Conduct regular checks on all computers to ensure they are updated and optimized.
  • Manage repair and replacement of equipment as necessary.
  • Maintenance of access control, sensors, and CCTV components; providing footage when requested.
  • Support the sales team by making timely quotations for customers, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.
  • Validate quotations and follow up on status.
  • Perform cost analysis with a thorough understanding of cost factors.
  • Support the sales team with other administrative tasks.

Education and Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of work experience with minimum 2 years in IT support role
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • A keen eye for detail.
