About the Role

  • Lily Hospitals is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy ICT / Connectivity Officer to keep our systems running smoothly.
  • You’ll provide timely technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our technology infrastructure stays efficient, secure, and reliable. If you enjoy solving problems and helping people understand tech, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardwareand software
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support to staff
  • Monitor system performance and carry out needed upgrades
  • Train staff on basic IT processes and provide ongoing user support
  • Implement data security measures to protect organizational information
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare routine reports

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, softwareand networking
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when supporting non-technical staff
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of data security procedures and best practices.
