Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage the IT department's budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ICT Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends and advancements.
