Responsibilities
- Lead our organization’s IT projects, systems, and third-party software integrations.
- Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, and processes.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software.
- Day to day management of the ICT organization of the utility, such as our website, databases, emails, as well as support and improve the manual operations in the system.
- Integrate all software and platforms according to the companys needs and growth plans.
- Ensure data compliance across all company platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on cybersecurity principles, practices, and tools.
- Manage the Customer Care department to utilize and better perform their service with Technological improvement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of information and communication Technology (ICT)
- Manage both business and operational ICT functions.
- Manage web hosting reseller platforms.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Write technical documentations
Job Requirement
- BSc in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or similar fields.
- 4-6 years proven work experience in ICT Manager role.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and operating systems, and server management ·
- Experience leading and organizing organization IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructure across various technologies including administration, databases, and data storage systems.
- Proven experience in the field of cybersecurity is compulsory.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Passion for mentoring and empowering individuals in the field of cybersecurity.
- Experiences in the areas of technical support and customer service ·
- Knowledge and experience with cPanel, DNS, WHM, WHMCS, Microsoft Office365 Admin. ·
- Knowledge of Software development and practices using latest technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP (Laravel and Lumen), JavaScript (Vue JS, React JS, Node JS, Express JS), Server Management (cPanel, Linux, FTP, SSH) and CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind) is an added advantage.

- Excellent leadership skills, project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
- Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver with excellent communication skills.
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
