The ICT Specialist ensures the smooth operation of the bank’s information technology systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and networks.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Supporting digital banking initiatives and IT projects.
  • Ensuring data security, backup, and compliance with IT policies.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of network administration, database management, and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in banking IT systems is an added advantage.
