Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop all company group websites using WordPress Application, you must be an expert in WordPress Application.
- Technical Support: Provide all technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Have a good knowledge on use of office 365 and exchange server, ability to manage AWS, Google and Digital Ocean Cloud.
- Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring compatibility and performance across all systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) .
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in an ICT support or management role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Web Development Using WordPress, network management, system administration, and cybersecurity practices. Experience with use of Mac, Windows, Linux.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
