JOB ROLE

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Impact Data Analyst to lead the analysis of impact monitoring data and support evidence-based decision- making. The successful candidate will work closely with the Ipsos Data Hub to clean and validate datasets, conduct statistical analyses, and develop monitoring platforms that strengthen impact measurement and evaluation processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the analysis of impact monitoring and evaluation datasets
  • Collaborate with the Data Hub team to clean, validate, and manage data pipelines.
  • Conduct initial and advanced statistical analyses, including single and multi-variate analytics.
  • Support the design and setup of impact monitoring platforms and scripting tools.
  • Specify and execute complex analytical models to generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and adherence to best practices in data governance.
  • Contribute to the development of impact measurement frameworks and reporting outputs for stakeholders.

EXPERTISE

  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and quantitative methods.
  • Experience with data cleaning, validation, and data quality management.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) principles and frameworks
  • Experience in building and managing data monitoring systems and platforms
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques
  • including single and multi-variate analysis.
  • Experience with CommCare platform will be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience managing analytics for impact monitoring, strategic reviews, program evaluation, or similar projects.
  • Proven experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Experience working with large datasets and monitoring platforms.
