Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Administrator located in Lekki.
- The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for technical support, network and system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of the bank's technological infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in network and system administration
- Knowledge of information technology, including hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
