Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Intern in Lagos.
- The IT intern will provide customer service and support for network administration, troubleshooting, and network security.
- The intern will work with a team to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Familiar with network security and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewall
- Excellent customer service skills for technical support interactions with end-users
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist with other IT initiatives as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Relevant IT certifications
