Job Summary

  • Provide hands-on technical support on all IT related issues to end users at DCT,Ibese.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support on all IT related issues to end users at DCP Cameroon.Respond to client queries and provide on-site support for network hardware, software, and configuration issues
  • Ensure consistent operation and uptime of client networks, including routers, servers, and other network components
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including initial deployment troubleshooting and debugging of new hardware and software
  • Document all relevant activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, client interactions and IT assets.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
  • Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline

Work Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
