- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Ouranos Technologies.
- As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and promoting our cutting-edge technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the technology industry.
- Successfully develop distinct value propositions for the client that provide genuine benefits and generate profits for both Ouranos and the clients.
- Continuously review the Sales dashboard (Hit Rate, Call Rate, Cover Ratio) vs. Ouranos’ requirements.
- Actively involved in effective relationship building with key clients and suppliers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and articulate the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical sales within the ICT industry.
- The need to understand market trends and general trends within the ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Sales experience in the ICT space will be an added advantage.
