Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist at Kakanfo Inn and Conference Centre located in Ibadan.
- The specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service support for IT-related issues.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
- Information Technology and Network Security knowledge
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with hospitality industry technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
