Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Officer at Johnwood Hotel by Bolton in Abuja.
- The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and printers.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Information Technology and Desktop Computers
- Printer Support expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in 4/5- Star Hotel is an advantage
