This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build experience in stakeholder engagement, public sector collaboration, and international relations support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
- Support relationship management with public sector institutions and international partners
- Facilitate communication and correspondence with key stakeholders
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings and official engagements
- Maintain accurate records of engagements, reports, and follow-up actions
- Conduct basic research and support documentation relevant to international and public sector relations
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
