The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established for the promotion and protection of Trade and Industry and to represent and express the opinion of the business community on matters affecting trade and industry in the city of Lagos, the Lagos Port Complex, Lagos State and where applicable, the whole Federation.It is a non-profit making organisation and its income and property are applied solely for the promotion of its objectives.
Responsibilities
- Sponsorship drive of LCCI Public-Sector programme.
- Marketing LCCI International Trade Missions.
- Documentation of LCCI International and Public Sector Programmes.
- Management of LCCI relationship with international institutions.
- Provides support for the annual LCCI Presidential Policy Dialogue Series.
- Provides support for the annual LCCI Security meets Business Series.
- Provides support for the annual LCCI States’ Investment Summit.
- Provides support for the annual LCCI Diplomatic Luncheon.
- Manages relations with Embassies and Consulates.
- Organization of LCCI delegates for International Trade missions.
Job Requirements
- The Job Holder must have skills in visa processing, protocol management and digital marketing skills for the promotion of events.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social science/management/Arts disciplines: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Persuasive, proficient in the use of Microsoft offices and possess event management skills.
Experience:
- 3 years cognate experience in Protocol management, diplomatic relations, visa processing, event management and marketing.
- ICT Skills MS Offices and proficiency in the use of ERP software.
