We are seeking a skilled IT Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for maintaining our information technology systems and networks. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our computer and telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities:

System and Network Support:

  • Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Ensure the maintenance of network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, software applications, and network systems.

Technical Assistance:

  • Provide help desk support to employees by diagnosing technical issues and offering solutions.
  • Respond to IT requests and prioritize user support according to urgency.
  • Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access controls.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing IT-related projects, including software upgrades, system migrations, and hardware procurement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to ensure timely project delivery and support.

Maintenance and Security:

  • Perform regular backups of critical systems and data, ensuring business continuity.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, including antivirus and firewall management.
  • Conduct system monitoring and provide security updates as necessary to safeguard IT infrastructure.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software, and licenses.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and configurations for future reference.
  • Prepare reports on IT system performance, incidents, and resolutions for management.

Training and Support:

  • Provide basic IT training to staff on the use of software, hardware, and IT best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological trends and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and security.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Tally) and office productivity software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, networking, and common hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with cloud services and backup solutions.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and customer support tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure).
  • Knowledge of basic project management principles.

Salary Range 150,000 -  200,000
