Description

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also managing our IT systems and ensuring smooth operations.
  • You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
  • Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Manage the beauty shop’s IT systems, including point-of-sale software, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software used in-store and assist staff in resolving these problems.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer experience through technology solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum Ordinary National Diploma; additional education in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
  • 1 - 3 Years experience in a customer service role; experience in retail or beauty industry is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills with knowledge of IT systems relevant to retail operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with beauty products and trends is an advantage.
