In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also managing our IT systems and ensuring smooth operations.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Manage the beauty shop’s IT systems, including point-of-sale software, inventory management systems, and customer relationship management tools.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware and software used in-store and assist staff in resolving these problems.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve customer experience through technology solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Requirements and Skills
Minimum Ordinary National Diploma; additional education in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
1 - 3 Years experience in a customer service role; experience in retail or beauty industry is a plus.
Strong technical skills with knowledge of IT systems relevant to retail operations.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with beauty products and trends is an advantage.
