Job Description
- We are seeking a versatile IT Executive to provide technical support and expertise across various aspects of our company's information technology.

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and other computer peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
- Manage and support computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
- Offer technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related problems.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware warranty support and replacements.
- Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and system configurations.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates.
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.
- Availability for night shifts and weekends.
- Participate in IT project planning, implementation, and management as needed
Job Qualifications
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in hardware and software repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems and software applications.
- Knowledge of computer networking, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical support to end-users.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
