Job Summary

  • The IT Manager oversees the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring effective and efficient operation.
  • This role involves managing IT staff, developing strategies, handling budgeting, and maintaining system security and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor IT staff, setting objectives and monitoring progress.
  • System Management: Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Security: Implement and enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Project Management: Lead IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
