Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and manage our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to ensure the seamless functioning of our organization’s technology infrastructure.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for technological advancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with executive management to integrate IT strategies into overall company plans.
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure’s maintenance, security, and optimization.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of networks, servers, and systems.
- Implement and manage IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance and security standards.
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align IT projects with business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.
Vendor Management:
- Negotiate contracts with technology vendors and manage vendor relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party solutions to meet business requirements.
Security and Compliance:
- Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard the organization’s data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Budgeting:
- Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven IT management experience, focusing on team leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent project management skills and experience overseeing complex IT projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.
