Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues via helpdesk,, remote access, or site visits.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware, software,, and networks.
- Managing firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups to ensure system integrity.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting server performance and network connectivity (LAN/WAN).
- Setting up new user accounts, workstations, and training staff on IT best practices.
- Keeping records of repairs, maintenance, and system configurations.
- Must know about graphics
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant experience.
