Role:
The IT Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our IT systems, providing technical support, and implementing technology solutions that align with the organization’s goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization\'s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support to staff, ensuring quick resolution of IT-related issues.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
- Oversee website updates, online platforms, and digital tools to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with departments to identify and implement IT solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and system upgrades.
- Train staff on IT policies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Atleast 2 years proven experience in IT support, system administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and data protection best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are an advantage.
