BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- First degree n Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or any relevant position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of office hardware, software and network management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong organizational skills including advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools, especially word and spreadsheets.
