Ltd a cleaning service company for several multi-national companies, corporate bodies, industrial clients as well as individual clients now has seven other subsidiaries ranging from Defence Products (Land Systems, Air Systems, Naval Systems and Body Armour), Private Cemeteries, Steel and Construction. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company and or group wide (this may be in person or over the phone)
users - Liaise with internet service provider to make payments and ensure there is uninterrupted internet connection.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Any other function as may be assigned by the Group Information Technology Manager
Minimum Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
- First bachelor’s Degree / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
- Professional certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years relevant post-graduation experience.
