Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field .
- 2+ years Of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong communication & interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with cloud computing platforms.(e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux or MacOS operating systems.
- Strong Knowledge Of computer Systems, networks, hardware and software.
- Experience with network administration and system security.
