Job Description
- Provide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the company\'s network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Support the administration of servers, operating systems, and applications.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company\'s data and systems.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of telecommunication systems.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and configurations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors as needed.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
