JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and process optimization.
- Lead and manage technical and support teams to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Ensures client issues are promptly addressed, meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensures adherence to industry standards and mitigate operational risks through effective risk management.
QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor\'s in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Several years in operations management, preferably in web hosting or tech industries.
- Strong knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and make strategic decisions.
- Strong financial and analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
