The IT personnel is responsible for managing and securing the bank's digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of banking systems, and supporting digital banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot the bank's IT systems, hardware and software.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect customer and bank details.
- Maintain network infrastructure, servers and databases.
- Support digital banking platforms, including mobile and online banking services.
- Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
- Implement and upgrade technology solutions to improve banking operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, networking or system administration.
- Proficiency in database management, cybersecurity and networking.
- Experience with banking software and fintech solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
