Job Summary
- As the IT Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
- You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage network connectivity, and support users to maintain optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor and manage system performance, backups, and updates.
- Ensure network security and assist in IT policy implementation.
- Support IT infrastructure and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Network+ are an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
