Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cloud solution sales, building strategic customer relationships, and supporting the overall growth objectives of the Platform Limited.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets for cloud solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cloud computing market.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored cloud solutions to meet thoseneeds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cloud technologies and services offered by the Platform Limited.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of cloud solutions and their applications to various industries.

Team Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, monitor progress, and achieve sales goals.
  • Provide support and assistance to junior sales team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in cloud sales or IT sales, preferably within the cloud computing sector.
