JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
- Ensure that project risk assessment is conducted and risk issues escalated
- Ensure that change management request comply with policy
- Ensure change management documentation is keep safe and secure for review
- Ensure that environmental security operations comply with the policy
- Ensure all card person quality control issues are documented and relevant parties are advised
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor operations and facility to identify risk exposure
- Track incident within the facility and operations
- Deploy necessary resources to identify the root cause of incidents
- Document impact of the incident on business operations and lesson learned
- Make recommendations on how to prevent reoccurrence of such incident
- Participate in user acceptance test (UAT) business meetings
- Ensure user requirement are adequately captured, documented and approved
- Ensure all test scenarios including regression analysis are done for security and control operations
- Ensure expected results are produced by the system in line with business objectives and the payment scheme rules
- Provide password for business operations as and when required
- Document critical password approval and usage
- Work with project management office to conduct project risk assessment
- Keep adequate documentation on project risk assessment
- Advise on project risk and make recommendations on how to mitigate the risk
- Manage the network access control (NAC ) operations
- Liaise with NAC vendor to resolve NAC issues
- Ensure NAC work in line with business objectives
- Conduct physical and environmental security operations
- Test and review environment security technologies and appliance
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
All risks associated with project are identified and reported to managemen
- Ensure that user requirement are met for all UA
- Ensure incidents are resolved within 24 hour
- Ensure there is no password compromised or used for unauthorized operation
- Ensure NAC operations support and secure business operation
- Ensure all environmental security appliances are working in line with polic
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security
- Experience: 4-7 years post NYSC experience
