- Mikano International is looking for a proactive and detail-driven IT SOC/Server Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Ogba, Ikeja.
- In this role, you’ll be at the frontline of safeguarding our infrastructure, ensuring our critical systems run at peak performance while driving innovation and security excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor & respond to security events via SIEM tools (Wazuh, OpenSearch)
- Manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint & email security solutions
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis & patch remediation
- Lead incident investigations & root cause analysis
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & GPO
- Manage virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) & cloud services (Azure AD, M365).
- Oversee backups (Veeam, Azure Backup) & disaster recovery testing
- Deliver user awareness training & phishing simulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in SOC operations & server administration
- Certifications such as Security+, CEH, ISO 27001, CCNA Security, MCSE, Fortinet NSE, or VCP (a plus!)
- Strong experience in incident handling, vulnerability management & server hardening
