Job Summary:
To manage, maintain, and optimize the IT infrastructure at EngeePET, ensuring operational continuity, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of core IT systems and be passionate about the use of AI in driving efficiency, automation, and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot company-wide IT systems, including networking, hardware, and software
- Administer ERP systems and ensure uptime of production-critical applications
- Support plant and office users with Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues
- Manage IT vendors and coordinate repairs, procurement, and licensing
- Ensure daily data backup, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance
- Develop dashboards, reports, or automations using AI or digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, ChatGPT, Zapier)
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize workflows via digital tools
- Stay updated on AI trends and propose small-scale implementations for business use
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–6 years of hands-on IT support experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Working knowledge of networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs
- ERP/CRM knowledge (e.g., SAP B1, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Strong Excel, Power BI, and scripting/automation skills (e.g., Python, VBA, or RPA tools)
- Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, machine learning APIs, or automation tools
