Job Description
- Provide firstlevel support to staff on hardware, software, network, and System issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Resolve user login issues, email problems, and software errors.
- Assist with network monitoring and basic troubleshooting (WiFi, LAN, routers, switches).
- Support in maintaining internet connectivity and reporting downtime.
- Install and update operating systems and approved applications.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment (laptops, other equipment).
- Assist with routine system updates, antivirus checks, and patches.
- Create user accounts for staff in the local domain, Gsuite and Sophos Firewall.
- Document configurations, procedures, and asset records.
- Setup BitLocker Encryption on all laptops.
- Assist with backups and basic data recovery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
- Minimum of one year experience in related role.
