  • Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly? We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering top-notch technical support to our staff and systems.

About the Role

  • As our IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring our IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient.
  • You’ll work closely with all departments to provide excellent support, maintain documentation, and contribute to ongoing IT improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, printers, etc.)
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
  • Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance and upgrades
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset records
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes for staff from a tech perspective
  • Collaborate with external vendors when necessary

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
