Technical Support: (Online On-Site)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates with the permission of your supervisor.
Help Desk: (ZohoDesk)
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets as assigned to you from Lagos Office (HQ).
- Document and track issues using IT service management tools.
- Provide timely and effective communication to users.
Network and Security: (As Instructed by your Supervisor)
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Implement security patches and updates.
Collaboration:
- Work with IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT alignment.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
Documentation and Reporting: (On Forti-Analyser)
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions.
- Generate reports on IT performance and metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or any related courses.
- 1-2 years of experience In similar role.
