Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Responsible for providing support to the Counsel on hardware, software, telephone, printing and computer network-related problems. makes sure that the company’s IT devices and services remains functional and accessible for all Staffs. troubleshoots and resolves standard and non-standard hardware and software problems and documentation activities.

  • Perform related duties as assigned by IT Operations
  • Maintain a work log of request tickets and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure All Staffs data are real time back up
  • Updating computer software. as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Supervise the logging of network conditions and requirements
  • Assist with organizing the meeting and setup
  • Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
  • Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an IT support specialist
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • In-depth knowledge of MacOs and Windows OS
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
