Job Details
- Qualification: BSc. Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3 - 6 years Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) preferred
